Bob & Heidi Miller started their journey seven years ago when they experienced their first mobile wood fired pizza while visiting New Glarus, WI. Fascinated by how quickly the pizzas cooked and how wonderful it tasted; they were hooked. Soon after, they began exploring the possibility of owning a mobile wood fired pizza oven.

In 2018, the same family that served them their first wood fired pizza decided to retire and sold Bob & Heidi "Salena" their mobile oven. After many months of figuring out the best dough recipe, sourcing quality ingredients, and tasting many pizzas along the way, they were finally ready to start serving wood fired pizza at public and private events.

 

As their business is growing, Bob & Heidi would like to ensure their customers that they continuously work hard towards expanding their menu and providing superior service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. They are always welcome to new ideas to make sure everyone’s experience is delightful every time.
